1 can of troll-caught albacore tuna
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon horseradish
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients, then spoon into oven-proof dish. Drizzle 1/4 melted butter over the top and bake at 375 for 15 minutes; serve on Triscuits or snack chips.
