Prepare:

6-8 celery stalks, pat dry and set aside

Mix:

1 cup cooked, flaked troll-caught albacore tuna
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Lemon juice to taste

Add:

Mayonnaise to give smooth spreading consistensy.

Fill celery stalks, dust with paprika, chill before serving.
