Owned by the family of Mark and Bonnie Tognazzini, long-time residents of Morro Bay. Mark is a commercial fisherman with over three decades on the Pacific. The menu includes many local items, including wild Pacific king salmon, dungeness crab, and albacore. Servers know the origin of all seafood on the menu, and often can even tell you the name of the fishing vessel that brought ashore the Weekly Special! One of the signature dinners at the Dockside is "Bonnie's Pacific Albacore Kabobs," albacore medallions wrapped with bacon and served with a teriyaki glaze.

The Deli was a well-known local secret until July 1994, when the Oregonian, the state's largest newspaper, ran a story in which the reporter made an informal survey of the fish 'n' chips available on the Oregon Coast. The Lighthouse Deli was called "far and away the best on the coast," resulting in a huge increase in business. Many tourists remembered the Lighthouse seafood when they returned home, and the deli was soon receiving requests for their products from all over the country. They feature ahi and albacore, along with shrimp, oysters, clams, salmon, and halibut.

Café Adrift has been around since 2001, when Nicole Holbert and Drea Killingsworth converted an old darkroom into the tiniest of kitchens. With a little home oven and two plug-in electric burners, they turned out soups, sandwiches, and a decadent array of baked goods, including the belly-filling "smugglers." In 2003 Drea decided to return to school, and Nicole moved to the historic Wells Building in Old Town Anacortes. Café Adrift grew into a restaurant, and opened its new doors in August 2003. All soups are made daily from scratch, using local organic ingredients, and are served with freshly baked focaccia. Specialty burgers are topped with caramelized red onions and toasted garlic aoli. Besides local fresh albacore, the restaurant also features scallops, crab, and local Blau oysters.
